Why a caulking specialist exists in Aurora

Every commercial building on the Front Range is a set of rigid materials connected by flexible joints, and those joints are the first thing this climate destroys. Altitude ultraviolet, hail from April to September, chinook winds that swing a wall 40 degrees in a day, and dozens of freeze and thaw cycles each winter all land on the sealant. Yet sealant is usually bought as an afterthought: a line in a painting bid, a sideline for a roofer, a tube of whatever the maintenance truck carries. The east metro deserved a contractor for whom the joint is the whole job.

First, pricing is published: the cost page shows real per foot ranges, and every quote is written against them in linear feet you can verify with a tape measure. Second, work is documented: photo logs by elevation, adhesion test results, product data sheets with every quote, and a dated joint map that tells the next facilities manager exactly what was installed where and when.
